At V Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact

Return requests must be made within 3–7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or washed products

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers

  • Innerwear or personal-use items (if applicable)

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are usually credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Product photos

  • Packaging photos

within 48 hours of delivery.
