1. Products purchased from V Store can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery only if the product is unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice.

2. Altered, damaged, washed, or used products will not be eligible for exchange or return.

3. V Store reserves the right to inspect returned products and determine eligibility for exchange. The decision of the management shall be final.

4. Innerwear, lingerie, socks, swimwear, perfumes, cosmetics, fashion accessories, battery-operated products, and other personal-use items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

5. Products purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers cannot be exchanged or returned unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

6. All products are covered against manufacturing defects only.

7. No cash refund will be provided. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit.

8. Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

9. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details. V Store will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

11. V Store reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious transactions, or other unforeseen reasons.

12. All disputes shall be subject to Harda, Madhya Pradesh jurisdiction only.
